Meet at Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” and take off for our trip to enchanting Dubai. Arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 2 – 4X4 JEEP DESERT SAFARI – CAMEL RIDE IN THE DESERT – BEDOUIN PARTY – Sand Board Free (sandboarding in the desert). DINNER

Early in the afternoon we will set off on a unique desert adventure by 4x4 Jeep. After dune bashing in the 4x4 Jeeps and photos at sunset, we will end up at Bedouin tents. There Bedouins will welcome us in keeping with Arab hospitality, offering us traditional tea, and we will have the chance to enjoy a short camel ride. Dinner tonight will be a barbecue in the tent under the desert sky, where we will watch traditional dances. Late in the evening we return to our hotel for the night.

DUBAI – CITY TOUR – BASTAKIYA TRADITIONAL MARKET (BASTAKIYA – COFFEE MUSEUM – TEXTILE SOUK – TRADITIONAL COFFEE AND DATES – LUNCH – Unique suggestions for drinks with a wonderful view!

After breakfast we set off to get to know cosmopolitan and enchanting Dubai. You will discover the city of Dubai with its unique architecture. The questions “What should I see? What should I do? What should I know?” will not concern you at all. We have prepared an amazing Dubai excursion programme for you that includes everything. We will start with the folklore museum (if open) housed in the old Al Fahidi fort (Al Fahidi St.), passing through the traditional Bastakiya district. Unique souks and bazaars with thousands of colours and scents, the textile market, and a visit to the Coffee Museum. On the Creek’s characteristic local water taxi, the abra, we will cross to the world-famous Gold and Spice souks, whose goods still arrive, as in the past, from various countries of the East. Free time. We continue our tour with the Jumeirah area, with its villas and its unique beach. Passing along Sheikh Zayed Road, the street lined with some 250 skyscrapers, we head to Jumeirah Mosque, where we will make a photo stop outside, and then to Dubai’s symbol hotel, the Burj Al Arab.

LUNCH with a rich buffet

Next comes a visit to Palm Island, the palm-shaped island built out in the sea. Along the way there will also be a photo stop with a view of the hotel of the stars, Atlantis The Palm. On the way back we will visit the unique Madinat Jumeirah, the famous “Venice” of the Arab Emirates. At Madinat Jumeirah you can take a stroll through the folk art shops and buy souvenirs of Dubai.

DUBAI SHOPPING

The time for shopping in Dubai has arrived: passing the Sheikh’s palace, we head to the Dubai Mall for your shopping. You will also see up close the largest fountains in the world, dancing to the sound of music in front of the world’s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa.

After breakfast at our hotel, an excursion to Abu Dhabi with a morning departure. Transfer to Abu Dhabi: after about 2 hours and 190 kilometres we will reach Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, the largest and richest of the 7 emirates that make up the country. We will travel along Sheikh Zayed Road and on the way we will have the chance to see, on our right, Dubai Marina, the newest area of Dubai with the most skyscrapers, and the Jebel Ali area, Dubai’s industrial and construction zone. Here you will find the largest man-made port in the world to this day, Jebel Ali port, the artificial Palm Jebel Ali island and the new airport (under construction), which will be the largest in the world. A short stop halfway along the route. On reaching Abu Dhabi we will visit and be guided around the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Mosque, made entirely of marble and gold, where inside we will also see the largest single-piece handmade carpet in the world. From there we pass through the area with the 17 palaces of Sheikh Zayed’s sons, ending at the palace of Sheikh Khalifa, current ruler of Abu Dhabi and also president of the country. Entrance to the Louvre Museum.

LUNCH with a rich buffet. Passing the magnificent 6-star Emirates Palace hotel, built with gold, marble, granite and alabaster throughout. Entry is possible if a reservation has been made. Passing Ferrari World, with a photo stop. Return to Dubai late in the afternoon.

Breakfast and, optionally for those who wish, we set off to visit the unique and wonderful Dubai Miracle Garden. The gardens of miracles contain over 45 million blooming flowers. The flowers are arranged in unique structures, shapes and colours from 45 different varieties. All this and much more you can enjoy beneath the 5 huge domes with thousands of hanging flower baskets. Meanwhile you can enjoy a fruit cocktail, a coffee or a snack. Let yourself go in this amazing setting and relax.

In the evening we suggest a cruise around the Marina on a traditional boat (dhow) with food. There you will enjoy Dubai by night, bathed in lights. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

After breakfast at our hotel, free time to enjoy the pool. For shopping in Dubai we recommend the Mall of the Emirates, where you can lose yourself among the multitude of shops and do your shopping. There you can also experience skiing at the world’s unique indoor ski resort. DON’T MISS IT! (Optional entrance) the Museum of the Future, which opened on 22 February 2022 — and is described as the most high-tech building and the most beautiful attraction in the country, if not on the entire planet. Built of fibreglass and stainless steel, it stands in front of the two imposing Emirates Towers. The main structure resembles an eye that is empty at its centre, designed by the architect Shaun Killa, a veteran of Dubai’s architecture scene. Each floor of the museum is designed as an immersive, interactive film set, brought to life by expert storytellers, technologists and visionary artists. Its focal themes include the future of space travel and living, climate change and ecology, health, wellbeing and spirituality.

Breakfast and departure from the hotel in Dubai for the airport and our return to Athens. Our trip to Dubai has come to an end and we return happy, with the best memories of our wonderful trip.
