Bali

A fairytale sailing on the Indian Ocean, Bali has never tired, for years now, of winning you over and letting itself be won over in a thousand ways. Tropical vegetation, gentle landscapes, miles of coastline where the ebbing tide brings shells from fabled depths to your feet and the rising tide chases you until you move away from the currents. As if by a divine hand, countless rice terraces and countless temples lie arrayed, some silent and others bustling with worshippers. Yes! Bali is like no other place on the map. It balances between earth and sky, between good and evil, between fantasy and reality, between poverty and luxury.

Singapore

One of the largest commercial centres in the world, with galloping urban development, Singapore boasts an admirably dynamic economy. In recent years, the former tropical fishing village has developed into one of the richest countries in Asia, and today it is a technological paradise, a glittering and cosmopolitan city. The image of the metropolis is made up of modern shopping centres, contemporary glass towers, luxury hotels, impressive granite-walled apartment blocks, but also imposing temples, beautifully restored colonial mansions and flawless urban planning. Singapore is the cultural gateway between East and West. The modern Asian Babel, as Singapore might well be described, alternates between many different images and impresses its visitors.
